The Headwaters Food Trailer (in the Building 1 Garden) will be closed on Wednesday, December 19 and Thursday, December 20. Please keep this in mind as you plan for lunch on those two days. The Headwaters Cafe window (located off the Deck in Building 2) will remain open with normal hours of 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. In addition to the Cafe's normal grab-and-go menu items like yogurt, bagels, and other snacks, the Cafe will also be serving these special items for lunch:
Lunch Wednesday: Sandwiches
Lunch Thursday: Pizza
