5/18 Pfizer Vaccine Clinic at the River Campus

Headwaters School
We're hosting a Pfizer vaccine clinic on the River Campus this Tuesday, May 18, 2021 from 1-3 p.m.
Dear Headwaters Community,

With good news from the FDA allowing children aged 12-15 to get the Pfizer vaccine, we wanted to set up another clinic for the community. This time, we are working with Curative who will bring the clinic to the River Campus this Tuesday, May 18, 2021 from 1-3 p.m. While not required by Headwaters School, vaccines are a safe, effective way to prevent COVID-19, and we want to promote easy access for everyone that would like to be vaccinated.

What: Pfizer Vaccine Clinic
Who: Eligible people 12 years old and up
When: Tuesday, May 18 from 1-3 p.m.
Where: Headwaters River Campus | 807 Rio Grande Street, Austin 78701
How to Sign Up: Sign-up at this link
Parents do not need to be present, but they do need to give consent when they fill out the form.

Blue Cohort students will be permitted to leave class for their vaccine and will be excused if they are late to any subsequent classes due to the vaccine. If your Orange Cohort student will miss an entire class period or more due to getting the vaccine, please contact Paula in the attendance office at rivercampusattendance@headwaters.org to be excused.

We also invite you to share this email and link with any eligible person you know who is interested in a vaccine.

Thank you,
Cait
