We are excited to announce that we have created a partnership with Tarrytown Pharmacy for a Pfizer vaccine clinic for our students (over 16) and families at their location at 2727 Exposition Blvd. Ste. 105 Austin, TX 78703. While not required by Headwaters School, vaccines are a safe, effective way to prevent COVID-19, and we want to promote easy access for everyone that would like to be vaccinated.
Please use this electronic sign-up form to sign-up for a Pfizer COVID vaccine at Tarrytown Pharmacy next Wednesday, May 5. Appointments are available from 1 PM to 3 PM. Learn more about the Pfizer vaccine below. 

If Orange cohort student does not feel well enough (due to side effects) to attend school the next day, we invite them to attend virtually. If your student doesn’t feel well enough to attend virtually, please be sure to notify Paula at rivercampusattendance@headwaters.org so she can excuse your child.
