After-School EnrichmentExploration beyond the classroom Elementary students are eager to try new things and deepen emerging talents. After-school enrichment programs provide structured, engaging spaces where students can explore interests and build friendships outside their regular classroom community. Recent offerings have included:
Programs are designed to be developmentally appropriate and hands-on, encouraging collaboration, perseverance, and creative expression. Enrichment programs are offered each semester and are hosted by both Headwaters guides and trusted external partners. Specific offerings vary by campus and term.  | Extended CareSupport before and after the school day Elementary Extended Care provides supervised, structured support both before and after school to help families manage busy schedules with confidence. Morning Extended Care offers a calm start to the day. Students may read, work quietly, or ease into their morning in a predictable and welcoming environment before classes begin. After-School Extended Care provides a safe, engaging space where students can complete homework, play structured games, participate in outdoor time, or connect with peers under adult supervision. Our goal is to create a positive, well-prepared environment that supports independence while ensuring children feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout the extended day. Enrollment options and registration details are shared with families each year. |

Shuttle Service
Connecting campuses
Headwaters offers shuttle service between the Creek and River campuses for eligible grade levels.
The afternoon northbound shuttle allows Elementary students in 2nd grade and above to travel from Creek Campus to River Campus, where families may pick up upon arrival. Shuttle enrollment is required in advance and space is limited.
Specific routes, schedules, and enrollment information are shared annually.
