Summer Camp
Camp Headwaters is a chance to experience our culture of student-led exploration and creativity during the summer months. Campers enjoy enriching play, themed weeks, field trips, and adventure experiences.
Camp Headwaters: Early Childhood
(18 months to 5 years)
Location: Springs Campus6305 Menchaca Road Located just south of Stassney Road, our Springs Campus is a combination of three buildings with plenty of space to run around—the perfect environment for summer exploration.
Camp Headwaters offers an enriching experience filled with themed activities and plenty of outdoor play. We focus on creativity, exploration, and fun, and provide a well-rounded camp experience that keeps kids engaged and excited all day long. We incorporate some Montessori curriculum and philosophies into the programming, but are not strictly Montessori in our approach. Camp Headwaters YCC is for children 18 months to 3 years who are currently enrolled in Headwaters School. Camp Headwaters Primary is for children ages 3-5 and is open to Headwaters students and Austin-area children. |  |

| Cancellation policy |
| Any session canceled by Headwaters will be subject to a 100% refund of tuition paid. Cancellations must be made in writing to camp@headwaters.org. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the start of the canceled session will be eligible for a 100% refund of tuition paid minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to the start of the canceled session will be eligible for a 50% refund of tuition paid minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the canceled session will not be eligible for a refund of tuition paid. This policy stands whether or not the vacated spot is filled. |

Steve & Kate’s Camp: Creek Campus
(Rising K-5)
 | Location: Creek Campus9607 Brodie Lane Our Elementary Montessori program serves children from Kindergarten through 5th grade on our spacious 4-acre campus with ample learning opportunities, both indoors and out.
Since 1980, Steve & Kate’s Camp has empowered children to make their own choices and design their own camp experience—and we’re excited to have them back at Camp Headwaters this summer. Campers choose from a variety of activities in real-time, including stop-motion animation, sewing, coding, maker crafts, baking, sports, water play, and more. Along the way, they discover new reserves of confidence, resiliency, and creativity as they make course corrections and learn to trust themselves. This camp is for elementary-aged children. Lunch, snacks, and all hours (8 a.m.–6 p.m.) are included. Families can buy any number of days to use at any time–no weekly reservations or commitments required. And if your plans change, any unused passes will be automatically refunded at the end of summer. |
