Annual Fund

Every Gift Matters

As is common in independent schools, tuition alone does not fully cover the costs associated with providing an exceptional education. The Annual Fund supplements tuition revenues and helps to cover the true cost of a Headwaters education. Tax-deductible donations to the Annual Fund support our operating budget, impacting all aspects of every students' daily experience.

With the full support of our trustees, parents, faculty, staff and friends of the school we can meet our Annual Fund goals and sustain many of the cherished components of the Headwaters educational experience.
Participation Matters! Every gift, regardless of size, makes a difference.
Each year, our community’s collective contributions provide us with the financial flexibility to enhance our programs and enrich our student’s educational experience. Contributions are a critical component of our operating budget, but the impact of your donation does not end there. Before businesses, foundations and other outside donors commit resources to our school, they want to see a fully invested community – one that believes in the school, its values and experience. Participation in the Annual Fund is an indicator of our community’s shared commitment to the success and sustainability of Headwaters School and sends a powerful message to other donors. Whether you give $50 or $50,000, know that your gift has an immediate and meaningful impact on each student’s daily experience.

This year we will be consolidating our Annual Fund appeal to a blitz campaign throughout October. However, 2020-21 Annual Fund gifts, pledges and payments are accepted through June 30, 2021 Cash, checks, credit cards, and corporate matching gifts are all accepted.
Every dollar counts. Every gift matters. Every donor makes a difference.

Throughout the year, we gather socially to have fun while we support Headwaters.

Even when we’re socially distanced, food can help bring us together. We have cooked up several different ways to engage with each other, and even hone our culinary skills with some food related series listed below.
