PACT Challenge

Mark your calendars for PACT Challenge Week starting Monday, March 3, through Friday, March 7, 2025!

Our financial aid program has a profound impact on our school community. While it accounts for just 4% of our overall budget, that percentage translates to over $350,000—supporting 10% of our students with critical aid. You can help make a difference! Support our efforts by giving a gift, participating in Spirit Week and attending Headwaters City Limits.

Headwaters City Limits | Concert for Financial Aid

On Thursday, March 6, we will host Headwaters City Limits, a new name for our annual concert to support financial aid from 4-7 p.m. at Springdale Station! There will be talented musicians from across our community, delicious food, games, a raffle, and challenges--all in support of financial aid for Headwaters Families. Bring the whole family for this free and family-friendly event. We can’t wait to see you and the whole family!

We are so thankful to our generous host, Moya McIntrye, for donating our venue Springdale Station! Moya is one of the founders of The Khabele School and an alumni parent who has supported the school in so many different ways. Thank you so much for your beautiful East Austin space!

PACT Challenge Spirit Week

We will start the week with a fun, whole-school Spirit Week where students, guides, and families are invited to participate by dressing up each day for school!

  • Monday, March 3: Mismatch Monday

    Mix it up and clash your colors! Wear the wildest combos you can find–the more mismatched, the better!

  • Tuesday, March 4: Twin Tuesday

    Grab a friend (or two) and match outfits! Double the fun with your twinning look. 👯‍♀️

  • Wednesday, March 5: Well-Dressed Wednesday

    Time to dress to impress! Pull out your best fancy attire and show off your elegant side.

    Flashback fun! Dress from your favorite decade or recreate a look from your younger years.

  • Friday, March 7: Hawks Friday

    Show your school spirit! Wear your Hawks gear loud and proud to wrap up the week. You can also opt to wear our school colors--dark, medium, and light blue with pops of orange!

Help Us Amplify Headwaters with Amplify Austin Day 2025!

We're so excited to join our friends at I Live Here I Give Here to celebrate Amplify Austin Day 2025! During the biggest giving event in Central Texas, residents from across our community will come together to support hundreds of local nonprofits for 24 hours, starting at 6 p.m. on March 5, through 6 p.m. on March 6.

So how can you help? Make a donation to us at right here on our site or Amplify ATX, then share the news with all of your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors.

Amplify Austin Day is all about collective community giving. Every gift will bring us one step closer to reaching this year’s big goal and help make a huge impact on our community.

A Note on our Headwaters Hustle

While we were excited to host the Headwaters Hustle this spring, we’ll be pausing this event for now. We appreciate your enthusiasm and look forward to bringing it back in the future!
