The Friends of the Fund invite you to learn from fermentation expert, John Prescott, how to make your own Kombucha at home. Kombucha, a cultured tea beverage, is rich in probiotics and antioxidants, which benefit your brain, heart and gut. Plus Kombucha makes a great alternative to soda and beer, with it similarly fizzy and refreshing quality. Your purchase of a ticket to this FOTF event includes a SCOBY which can be picked up on the River campus, and a link to the Zoom party on May 2nd.
