This year, we will be using Magnus Health to complete a daily COVID-19 screening assessment of your child(ren) each morning prior to departure for school when your child will be on campus. Any updates to this process will be communicated by Weekly Updates and added below.
How to Set-Up the Magnus App
The robust Magnus PHR mobile app (“Magnus Mobile V2”) for iOS and Android allows parents to submit their student forms right from any ‘smart’ device! No more scanning, no more faxing, and no more mailing health records. This new app allows parent users to simply take a photo of health forms with any smartphone or tablet, and to upload them directly into their Magnus account. FIRST: How to create your app login credentials:
Log into Magnus through Nest. Go to Resources and click the Magnus Health tile (this method uses single sign-on or SSO).
Hover over your name within Magnus (top left of screen).
Choose "Change Credentials."
Create a Username & Password that only you know and will remember. This username/password combination will be used as your Magnus Mobile app login only. Magnus requires 1-uppercase, 1-lower case, 1-number and 1-special character.
SECOND: How to download and login to the app:
Download the free "Magnus Mobile V2" app from the Apple Store or the Google Play store.
The daily screening assessment is accessible ONLY on the app.
Your current username/password combination can be used to log in to the mobile app.
You can save these credentials to your password keychain on your phone for easier login. But due to sensitive information, it will require a login each time.
How to Use Magnus for Student Symptom Screening
On Tuesday, August 24, you will have access to complete the Magnus Health COVID-19 Daily Screening for your student(s). You will access the screening via the button titled "COVID-19." Please reserve 1 to 2 minutes per child to complete this each morning.
Please do the Magnus Health Screening Questionnaire via the Magnus App before leaving for school.
If you are dropping off your child(ren), just open the app at drop off and the screen will be available.
If your child is being taken by another parent or going to school on their own, take a screenshot of the screen for "Go" with a green circle and the date and send it to your child or the other parent.

Springs and Creek: Show at drop-off
Middle School: Show your the Go Screen or screenshot to an administrator at drop-off
High School: Show a screenshot to the guide in your first class, if you have an Academic Prep period please go see Paula, or if you arrive early please go see Paula at the Front Desk.
If you did not complete screening prior to drop-off or don't have the screenshot, we ask that you
Creek and Springs: Pull aside, park, and complete the app questionnaire or tell the screener who will do a verbal screening with you.
Middle School: Tell the screener who will do a verbal screening with you.
High School: Go see Paula at the front desk for a verbal screening before going to class.

If you forgot your app username and/or password, go to the app and click “Having trouble logging in” to help you for in app support resetting your credentials using the email address you use to login to the Nest.
Using Apple Keychain for Mobile App Password Management: With smart devices comes smarter protection of confidential health information. A username & password are always required to sign into Magnus but you can securely use a password manager to help you easily access your credentials!
Open the App. You will be informed that Magnus Mobile V2/Magnus Mobile would like to send you push notifications. Click Allow.
Sign in using your Username and Password and click Login.
There will be an Alert that asks if you want to enable Face ID / Touch ID authentication. Click Yes.
You will be asked if you want Magnus Mobile V2/Magnus Mobile to use Face ID. Click OK.
Your Face ID or Touch ID will authenticate and the bring you into the App.
The next time you open the app you will be able to use Face ID /Touch ID
How to Turn On Push Notifications: Having a quick, convenient way to log in to your Magnus Mobile app each day will provide you with a more efficient daily workflow. Magnus push notifications will remind you to complete your student's daily COVID-19 symptom assessment each morning on your mobile device.
1. Login the Magnus Mobile App.
2. Click Menu button in the top left of the app.
3. Click on Push Notifications in the bottom left of the menu.
4. Toggle On or Off the available Push Notifications.
