Directions for Uploading your Child’s COVID-19 Vaccine Information to Magnus

If your child is up-to-date with vaccinations and any recommended boosters, please be sure to share in Magnus or reply to this email with an updated vaccine card.

Who Is Currently Eligible to Get Vaccinated
People who are 5 years of age and older are eligible to get the Pfizer vaccine. People 18 years and older can get the Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson vaccine. APH offers Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson at all its vaccination locations.

APH has created a calculator for COVID-19 vaccination guidance. It will help you determine if you are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccinations based on current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The Pfizer pediatric COVID-19 vaccine, for children of ages 5 through 11, is available at Old Sims Elementary Gym as well as Shots for Tots clinics (by appointment only). Here is a Caregiver Survey on COVID-19 Vaccine for Children Ages 5-11: Final Results and Analysis.

Find a COVID-19 Vaccine Near You
Vaccines.gov (vacunas.gov for Spanish) can help you find a provider near you that carries COVID-19 vaccines. You can also text your zip code to 438829 (822862 for Spanish) to see where the vaccination sites closest to your neighborhood are located. Use Vaccines.gov to find a COVID-19 vaccine location near you. For Spanish, see Vacunas.gov.
