No matter how hard it gets, whatever you are doing in school or life, you have to remind yourself that you can do it. You are capable and can push yourself further than you think.

Make sure to exercise your free will. You always have the choice to be whoever you would like. Don't be limited by who you think you should be, nothing is set in stone.
High school is a pivotal time in life, and with it comes the potential for regrets. I’m not saying to not have regrets, in fact, I wish the opposite. To have regrets is a sign that one truly lived.
Worrying won't stop the bad stuff from happening, it just stops you from enjoying the good.
Remember to surround yourself with people who make you happy. Enjoy the little moments and live passionately every step you take. Value this time in your life, because it won’t come again.
You should absolutely ask for help if you need, however, whatever you want to accomplish will have to be done by you. Only you can accomplish your own goals.

Live each day with passion, presence, and authenticity. Learn to accept what is not in your control, strive to seek discomfort, welcome new experiences, and love yourself and those around you.
Never enable others to bring you down, and constantly strive to be the best version of yourself. Others will attempt to define who you are, but reject them and keep pushing forward.
Strive for the greatness that is tomorrow, but always remember to stop and appreciate who you are now. Remember to be happy, be grateful, do your best, and leave no regrets behind.

Look up to and stay close to the people who can help you grow and learn. Don't rush, take your time and appreciate what you have. One thing that you can never lose is hope.

Allow your passion and your heart to guide you above all. This is the only life we get, pursue your happiness and let it drive you. If the world seems harsh and cold, bring it your love and warmth.

High school will be a transformative time. The kindest thing you can do for yourself is keep an open mind. Allow yourself to take the direction that's intuitive, and things will fall into place.

Just like fish, we don’t have to do everything all the time. Cut yourself some slack and float with the waves.
Surround yourself with people who are funny, kind, and honest. Live in the moment and enjoy the time that you’ll spend with your friends.
Allow yourself the gift of perspective. Realize that your guides teach the whole grade, and will not develop a vendetta against you for struggling in their course. Reach out to them for help.
Find what makes you happy and the people who support you. Don’t let self-doubt hold you back from something you want. If you’re willing to work for it, chances are you will succeed.
Be kind to yourself and don’t compare your achievements to those of others. You are talented and capable in your own right. Don’t allow other people to make you think otherwise.
Be humble and grateful, but always believe in yourself. You are the one who lives your life, not anyone else.
