Eid al-Adha

Eid al-Adha or the Feast of Sacrifice is the second and the largest of the two main holidays celebrated in Islam. It starts the evening of the first day. Headwaters understand that this is an important holiday for families who celebrate. There will not be any required events on this holiday.
History: Festival of Sacrifice. This is a four day holiday marking the sacrifice of Abraham. It also highlights the end of the annual pilgrimage to Mecca, called Hajj. Prayer are held at the mosque followed by an evening feast.
