Headwaters School is thrilled to host our River Campus Registration Day event on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. You and your family are cordially invited to the River Campus for this exciting event as we prepare for the 2025-2026 school year. 

Registration Day is designed to be more than just a logistical process—it’s an opportunity to welcome new students and families, ensure a smooth transition from Admissions to Administration, and showcase the vibrant academic and extracurricular offerings at our River Campus.

At this event, you and your student will have the opportunity to:
  • Complete Math and Spanish Placement Assessments (if applicable) to ensure proper course placement. 
  • Experience Our School’s Traditions and be welcomed into the community.
  • Explore Academic & Extracurricular Opportunities by learning about electives, arts, athletics, and student programs that shape our school culture.
  • Connect with Fellow Students and Families to build relationships with new and returning community members.
  • Meet with School Leaders and Faculty, including Directors, Advisors, and Guides who will support your journey. 
If your student does not need one or both assessments, we still invite you to stop by anytime during the event to get introduced to our campus administrators, visit with staff, and meet other families!

Where to Park

You are welcome to park on campus. Please note: We will have the spots between Buildings 2 and 4 blocked off for this event. Check out this map with detailed parking information: River Parking Map 

Where to Meet on Campus

Please join us under the trees and blue tents between Buildings 2 and 4 for a “Block Party” gathering. This event is mostly outdoors and will be rain or shine.

We’re so excited to welcome you all and learn more about you. If your child is unable to attend, please reply to this email to let us know. We will make a plan with your student’s assessment needs.
