Finals & Early Dismissal | Special Schedule

Finals are Monday, May 20 through Thursday, May 23. We have a special schedule during this week, with exams starting at 9 a.m. and dismissal at 12:30 p.m. Campus will open at 8 a.m. See more details here or below:

All-School Notes:

  • Campus open at 8 a.m. for drop-off
  • Guides will have Office Hours Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in their normal Office Hour locations from 12:30-1:30 p.m. 
  • Students may remain on campus only if they are attending Office Hours.
  • The Food Truck is closed.
  • The Shuttle 
    • The morning route will run as usual Monday through Thursday.
    • The afternoon route will run earlier Monday through Thursday. It will depart the River Campus in the afternoon at 12:30 p.m. with an expected arrival time of 1:10 p.m.

Middle School Notes:

  • No Guided Study aftercare for Middle School students after finals end.
  • MS students are not required to come to school for their PACTivity final time. 
  • MS students are not permitted to leave campus for lunch to come back for Office Hours unless they are signed out by a parent.
