On Friday, January 17, a full day has been planned for an interactive discussion of Civil Rights across the broad spectrum of society. The day is slated to include a film screening, a keynote speaker, and student and faculty facilitated sessions centered on Civil Rights themes.
Our annual Civil Rights Day in Honor of MLK is next week! On Friday, January 17, a full day has been planned for an interactive discussion of Civil Rights across the broad spectrum of society. The day will include a film screening at the Alamo Ritz, keynote speaker Chas Moore at the Central Library, and a variety of student and faculty facilitated sessions centered on Civil Rights themes. Here is a schedule for the day and a list of session descriptions.

All community members are invited to attend the keynote address by Chas Moore at the Central Library and the afternoon sessions on campus. We encourage you to set aside the afternoon and plan on coming to campus to join us in this day of learning.
