We are so thrilled to celebrate Halloween at Headwaters! We invite students to wear their costumes to school on Monday, October 31 for the entire school day. While we don’t give out candy at school, we want to celebrate with costumes and fun in the classroom! Please note, this is a student-only day on campus. 

Here are some costume guidelines: 
  • We welcome costumes inspired by characters, but please be mindful of your costume choice. Costumes portraying an identity group or culture are not allowed.
  • Costumes may not include weapons or be frightening to young children. 
  • Please don’t double up on masks or have children wear full face masks.
  • The costumes also need to allow children to easily use the restroom without extra support.
  • Regular school shoes should be worn for comfortable and safe physical activities.
  • Children may want to bring a change of clothes if they want to change.
