There will be no events on these Jewish High Holy Days. Yom Kippur starts the evening of Tuesday, October 4 and continues to the evening of Wednesday, October 5, 2022.
History: Day of Atonement; the most solemn day of the year devoted to fasting, prayer and repentance. "Have an easy fast" is appropriate to say on Yom Kippur. Jewish people traditionally fast for 25 hours.
