Camp Headwaters Creek Campus

Camp Headwaters operates for nine weeks each summer on the Headwaters School Creek Campus at 9607 Brodie Lane, Austin, TX 78748. While Camp Headwaters does operate in spaces occupied by a Montessori program during the school year, it does not employ a Montessori approach.

Camp Headwaters is open to rising K-5 students.

Camp Headwaters runs in nine one-week sessions, with a shortened/modified session the week of the 4th of July. Sessions are themed and the activities during each week will reflect that theme. Extended Care is offered before and after the camp day for an additional charge. The Summer 2024 Dates and Rates are as follows:

Any session canceled by Headwaters will be subject to a 100% refund of tuition paid. Cancellations must be made in writing to camp@headwaters.org. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the start of the canceled session will be eligible for a 100% refund of tuition paid minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to the start of the canceled session will be eligible for a 50% refund of tuition paid minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the canceled session will not be eligible for a refund of tuition paid. This policy stands whether or not the vacated spot is filled.
