Headwaters School Releases Inaugural School Magazine

Headwaters School Advancement
The first edition of the Headwaters School Magazine celebrates student voice, joyful learning, and the powerful connections that shape our community.
We’re proud to share the inaugural issue of the Headwaters School Magazine—a joyful, reflective publication that tells the story of who we are, what we value, and how we grow together.

This issue celebrates everything that makes Headwaters unique: the curiosity of our students, the creativity of our educators, and the strength of our connections across generations. From Early Childhood through High School, from alumni to grandparents, the magazine highlights the voices of those who live our mission every day.

The process of creating this magazine was deeply meaningful. We worked closely with students like Bodhi, whose reflections on The Forward capture the spirit of student leadership at Headwaters. We reached out to alumni and alumni families, hearing stories of purpose, creativity, and challenge. And across all three campuses, we gathered snapshots of joy, learning, and connection—moments that truly bring our values to life.

As someone who has been part of this school since 2013, this project felt personal. It reminded us why student voice matters, why belonging here is lasting, and why a values-driven education continues to shape lives long after graduation.

We hope this issue brings you the same sense of joy, pride, and connection we felt in creating it. Thank you for being part of this vibrant and ever-growing community.
