    For 15 years, Misty Mathis has experienced Headwaters as both a parent and a professional. From the moment she enrolled her daughter at Primavera in 2009, Misty knew this was a different kind of school—one where children are seen, known, and truly respected. Inspired by what she witnessed in her own children, Misty later joined the staff and is now Assistant Director of the Elementary School.
