Headwaters School would like to invite all high school students to celebrate spring with us at Prom 2022. 

What: Headwaters School Prom 2022

When: Thursday, April 28 from 7:30-10 p.m.


 
Who: All Headwaters High School students are invited to attend this event. Students are welcome to invite one guest from outside our community with a request form. All guest names must be indicated on the ticket purchase form and families must fill out this Guest Request Form for Dances which requires signatures from Headwaters parent/guardian and the parent/guardian of the guest. This form must be completed and turned in to the front desk at least 48 hours in advance of the dance.

Tickets: Tickets are available until noon on Wednesday, April 27. They are $50 per guest and non-refundable. Buy your tickets early as they will be $60 at the door. Purchase tickets at this link.  If you need financial assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Katie Riojas in the Business Office at accounting@headwaters.org.

Parent Volunteers Needed: We need some parent support to make prom a special night! Please sign up here to help set up, clean up, monitor parking, or help pick up/deliver food for the event. Thank you in advance!! 

Attire: This is a semi-formal event, so look fancy! Masquerade masks welcome!

Parking: Note there is no parking directly at the venue, you must use their lot on South First. The parking lot is located on South First just North of Fresa's restaurant at 1619 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78704. After parking, walk North on South First and take a right on Monroe. The venue is on the right hand side. Neighborhood parking is discouraged and you must have a permit. Students are encouraged to leave all valuables at home and be sure to lock their vehicles.

Head’s Holiday on Friday, April 29: Because Prom is on a Thursday this year, all high school students will have a Head’s Holiday on Friday, April 29, 2022. There will be no classes for any high school students and high school students should not attend school. Please note, middle school students will have school as usual on Friday, April 29, 2022.

COVID-19 Policies: We will follow the same policies as outlined in the Headwaters COVID-19 Addendum regarding masking and illness policies. Currently, that policy is mask-optional. Please do not attend the dance if you are feeling unwell for any reason, including one or more COVID-19 symptoms.
