Autism Acceptance Month
Autism Acceptance Month, observed in April, raises awareness and promotes understanding of autism while celebrating the strengths and contributions of individuals on the autism spectrum. Originating in 1972 as a weeklong observance, it has grown into a month dedicated to advocacy, education, and fostering inclusive communities.
