A Note from Alex Penry, Senior Director for Finance and Advancement

Headwaters is more than a school, it is a thriving community, worthy of your investment.

The cost of tuition, the time spent commuting to and from school, and the countless hours that you put in as a parent, advocating for your child and supporting the school through the PVC, Food = Love, and many other community events and initiatives all speak to the value that you see in being a part of this community.

Our financial aid program is another way that you can invest in the Headwaters community, making it as diverse and accessible as possible. Currently, financial aid supports over 12% of our students, providing opportunities they wouldn't otherwise have.

Last year alone, those students completed almost 500 service hours. That is 30,000 minutes of support for local nonprofits like Caritas, Save our Springs, Shoal Creek Conservancy, and many more. They excelled in athletics, student activities and clubs, and in leadership programs like Community Leaders and Admissions Council, giving back and enriching the Headwaters experience for everyone.

Every year we receive requests for financial aid that we are not able to fulfill. Many of our families stretch their own budgets and go without to make Headwaters a reality for their children, and some have to make hard choices. Your gift can change that. By donating today, you help ensure that every student, regardless of background, can thrive here.

Thank you for investing in our community’s future and believing in the power of a Headwaters education,
