Culture of Philanthropy at Headwaters

About the Development Office

The Headwaters School Development Office plays a vital role in fostering community engagement, strengthening relationships, and supporting the long-term success of the school. By connecting parents, grandparents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends, we help cultivate a vibrant and engaged community rooted in the values of Headwaters.

Through school-wide events, volunteer opportunities, meaningful communications, and storytelling, we celebrate the people and experiences that make Headwaters unique. Building strong connections is at the heart of our work, creating opportunities for community members to engage, contribute, and deepen their relationship with the school.

Philanthropy is an important part of sustaining the Headwaters experience. Through annual giving, special events, sponsorships, and endowment support, we help secure resources that enhance programs, support exceptional educators, provide financial aid, and create transformative opportunities for students.

Working closely with school leadership and our dedicated volunteers, the Development Office helps advance the school's mission while strengthening the community that makes Headwaters such a special place. Together, we help Headwaters thrive today while building a strong foundation for the future.
