Deaf History Month

Deaf History Month honors the contributions, culture, and history of the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Originally observed from March 13 to April 15, it commemorates significant milestones such as the founding of Gallaudet University and the American School for the Deaf, and the achievements of Deaf individuals throughout history.
